Rick Shrader‘s Review:

Because of the terrible incidents of September 11, I went to Barnes and Noble and bought a Koran for about $20.  I am almost finished reading it.  It is merely a list of admonitions and prohibitions written down by Muhammad’s followers, arranged from the longest to the shortest.  As a Pakistani Christian in my church told me, you can find whatever you want to find in it.  The contrast to the Bible is striking to say the least.  The Koran has no redemption for sin or reconciliation made by a Savior for helpless people.  It is strictly a works-based life of dutifully following the precepts, hoping that Allah will be finally gracious.  Sad.
