Rick Shrader‘s Review:

Michael Vlach finished this book in 2017 and it has been reprinted in 2020. The sub-title is “A Biblical Theology of the Kingdom of God.” At the time of writing Vlach was professor of Systematic Theology at The Master’s Seminary. This 600+ page book covers the subject of the kingdom of God from creation to the new heaven and earth. It is a good read but also a good reference book for various topics about the kingdom. Vlach is a pretribulationalist and premillennialist. In other writings he places himself between traditional and progressive dispensationalism. One unique thing about this volume is his advocacy of the “New Creationist” view of the new heaven and earth (made popular by Randy Alcorn’s book on Heaven. See my review). Vlach is always worth reading.
